Great spare cooler

Pros:
*Fairly easy to set up
*Fairly good performance
*Pump is reasonably quiet / benign
*Lowest fan speed is not unreasonably loud
*Excellent price-performance with rebate
*Comes with thermal paste applied
Cons:
*Mediocre manual at best
*No extra thermal paste
*Heatsink mount needs to be lapped pretty badly
*Fans suck (loud at 7V and higher, lower static pressure, etc.)
Overall Review:
In general I like the cooler and bought it for testing purposes. I have not had the chance to do thorough apples-to-apples comparative testing yet (different fans on the radiator, 1 vs 2, included fans on other heatsinks, etc.), but so far I can definitely say that the fans and the rough mounting base are the weak points to this cooler. Replacing the fans and lapping the base should produce a fairly substantial (I'm thinking 5C or better) at no cost to added sound.
These cost 2 eggs, but the excellent price w/ rebate and pump bring it up to a 4/5 star review from my perspective.
(I could also use a little bit longer tubing (maybe 2"), but that's me being picky.)
