Pros:
Solid feel, good fit for large handed users, software seems well developed. A great buy for World of Warcraft users. With the extra buttons, I have many more spells to map and use as a healer.

None. The product was as described.
Overall Review:
The material on the thumb rest is rough to the touch. I'm sure this is done to reduce the wear over time. I wish the thumb rest was removable. It does add some weight to the mouse. I was having some issues mapping my spells to the G buttons but after some trial and error, I succeeded. In the software, unassign all the G buttons except for G4 and G5. Leave those as the default setting (forward, backward). Save the profile. You should have no issues setting button mappings in the game.
