Pros:
Easy installation, simple to use, updated continuously and quickly, Rebates actually work. Video game profile works and allows you to have updates during your downtime and Not in the middle of a game.
Cons:
Tech support is somewhat slow, first they email you a generic email and it makes you feel like they didnt read the entire support ticket you submitted, then you have to reply to the email and re-emphasize the issue, then it will finally be addressed.
Overall Review:
Keep in mind if you are buying the Download version, KEEP THE KEY! You will need it if you uninstall. As for the product itself, it does what it says, Its an Anti-Virus... It is not going to work a miracle or save your child or stop certain types of infections that the more pricey versions will protect from.
