Pros:
Its fast I have installed this on new hardware old hardware and every time there have been huge speed increases all around.
finding things like say control panel could not be easier besides being able to pin everything you want right to your start screen just start typing and it will bring it up
Cons:
lots of extra clicking login screen, then password screen then app screen then desktop mode if that's where your headed.
Overall Review:
This is not windows 7 I know a lot of people like windows 7 and if you want windows 8 to be windows 7 I think I would buy windows 7 but that's just me.
