Pros:
Comfortable, precise control, adjustable weight, response adjustable, surface indifferent, fast scroll
Cons:
Braided cord is a bit stiff (tough though! : I've no cons for this one, other than current high price). Doesn't rotate my vehicles tires.
Overall Review:
The GS500 was running for around sixty clams when I got it. Price dropped, I sent an email, got it for around thirty. :)
Could not be more pleased with a mouse. No obnoxious bright lights (even the sensing laser was invisible). The mouse read over any surface and adjustable weighting system made it feel substantial. After considerable use over an impressive period of time, left click developed a tendency to double click (tested on several PC's). My GS500 owes me nothing.
Current models of the old GS500 are running high in the price department, even so, a GS500S may be my next mouse. Currently running a gigabyte M6900...not terribly pleased.
