Pros:
This thing is solid. I have terrible, terrible luck with USB flash drives. I've gone through drives like most people chew gum; they always fail without any visible cause.
This one is SOLID and has managed to survive multiple years of use by me, destroyer of USB drives.
Cons:
Price was steep at the time, but well worth it.
