Pros:
None that I can think of unless you like getting rebates denied and spending and obscene amount of time getting your computer back to a normal working state.
Cons:
Less than a week after installing I noticed a significant slowdown. They don't follow through on rebates. A pain to try to cancel the auto renew. Had to purchase additional software to remove the viruses this one allowed on the computer, not to mention all the time it cost me to take care of all these issues.
Overall Review:
Stay away, far far away.
