This review is from: ECS KBN-I/5200 AMD A6-5200 Quad Core processor Mini ITX Motherboard / CPU / VGA Combo
Pros:
Small Form factor
Smokes an e-350D there is a night and day difference in the power and speed between these two processors.
Quite, I drove the processor at 100% for month and I couldn't hear it and it didn't break 55C, but I didn't have it in a case.
Doesn't need an SSD to feel speedy, but it dose help.
Cons:
Limited pci-e slot (only for video cards, loss of one egg)
No vista drivers, but there are XP drivers there
I couldn't get the USB 3.0 to work but that may be on my end since I have 3 computers with USB 3.0 and none of them work.
Overall Review:
Bought this to drive my 780 for folding at home, it doesn't require a full 16X pci-e slot for this type of operation, All I could get out of it was about 90% utilization, so I went back to my X6. An E-350D would only get me about 82% utilization.
It would be great for an daily computer that used email, and internet and some older games from the early 2000, but for an home server since there is only two Sata ports and the pci-e cannot be used to expand I would suggest else ware.
