Pros:
This is an update to my previous review where I gave the program 1 egg due to a validation error issue. I was able to efile after exiting the program and rebooting my computer
Cons:
Was able to finally efile after rebooting my machine and restarting the program. I did some research and one employee from turbotax stated that the validation error occurs in the servers at their end are inundated.
Overall Review:
Other than what I have written above. I do like the product and its simplicity, clear instructions and step by step procedure. Easy to install, easy to follow and understand. I have used this product since 2009. A bit disappointed about the troubleshooting issue (see my earlier review). But at least there is a workaround as mentioned above.
