Pros:
? Since it don't work from the start I can't list any.
Cons:
Doesn't work right from the box. This is the first time I have had a WD drive fail. However my brother had the same exact thing happen a couple of months ago. Is WD quality starting to fall? I hope not.
Overall Review:
I have emailed Newegg to see if they will replace since it never worked. We shall see if they take care of it or I have to go to WD for warranty. We should reasonably expect items to work when they are new.
