Pros:
Called support for a silly question - where is the serial number - and after about 10 minutes was asked to leave a message and a tech would get back to me. I have heard that once or twice before at other places, but I did it any way. Called me within 5 minutes. Yes, he knew where it was - on the audio port stack. I said it was a silly question, but the quick response was impressive.
Cons:
None. We bought the board knowing its limitations. It does what we want it to do. That is a high recommendation in our book.
