Poor Assembly and 03/04/2014

Pros:

It may work great when the fan doesn't make any noise sound and the blades doesn't hit anything.

Cons:

The power supply started to make really noise sound as soon as I powered up the computer after installed. I notice that the sound came from blades because the blades hit wire and fan body. I manually separate them. Unfortunately, the blades started making the sound(hit the fan body) if I move the computer.

It is my first SeaSonic power supply and it may be my last one. I cannot believe that this product did passed the QA.

Hi Zachary, Sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused. All our units are thoroughly tested in our QA process but it is possible that during transport from our factory to the USA, there may have been something shaken and misaligned. We do our best to design and manufactuer our prodcuts to avoid such situaitons and we apologize for this inconvenience.
