Pros:

-Looks great
-Sturdy
-MODULAR(Not completely but pretty close)
-Red PCI-E cables(Matches my color scheme)
-Nice cables, comes with velcro ties for them

Cons:

I'm currently running a GTX 780ti SC w/ACX cooler and every time I try and perform the Windows experience Index I get a hard shutdown at the "Direct3D 9 ALU" part. My GPU runs every game fine, great actually. I ran tests on everything else, which was all fine. So all thats left is software bug or power supply. And because there wasn't any error codes and it was a hard shutdown, my guess is the power supply. I'm really dissapointed in EVGA especially since this is an 80 plus bronze certified PSU. Thinking of RMA soon. But other than that....

-Wish the PCIE cables were fully modular and not ran with the CPU and Motherboard cables
-Don't really like the 3 pin thats attached to the same line as the 4 pin PCIE connector, It just kinda hangs out in my case and kind've ruins the look for me sometime. But this is just me nitpicking, not that big of a deal.

Overall Review:

I just wish I wasn't experiencing this crash, it ran those test fine with the integrated graphics, but with my graphics card it crashes in the same spot everytime. But I don't have any problems in any game. And if it was a graphics card driver problem I'm pretty sure I'd get a blue screen of some sort.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello Paul,

Sorry to hear about your issues. If the problem is only happening with Windows Experience Index and not in multiple games, there may be something else occuring. Please contact our technical support 24/7 at 888-881-3842, or via email at amazon@evga.com, we can assist you with troubleshooting to try and isolate the problem or an RMA if necessary.

As for the cables, this particular PSU is Hybrid modular, but we do offer several different choices for fully modular PSUs.

Regards,
EVGA Customer Support
