Pros:

I like the look of this case. It blends in real well with the rest of my home theatre set-up. A lot of people complained about the textured front but I rather like it.
The case is small, as it should be for a HTPC case, and the design manages to squeeze in plenty of HDDs.
I noticed someone else complained that the HDD bracket above the front panel cables gets in the way, but the bracket is specifically designed as a pseudo-cable management option. The front panel cables get routed right through the thing and are held in place below your HDD.

Cons:

While I just defended the use of the bracket to route the front panel cables, their placement is still rather cumbersome. I liked the bracket being used to manage them, but dislike their placement.

The worst thing about this case, in my opinion, is the supplied cable to go from the front panel USB 3.0 ports to the motherboard is longer than the diagonal length of the case itself, even though the ports are in the middle-front of the case and the motherboard mounts directly behind it. I have more than a foot and a half of spare cable length that is really hard to manage in a tiny HTPC case. Now I understand that the length needed varies based on the port placement on the motherboard you use, but this is way overkill. To make it worse, on my particular motherboard the ports could not have possibly been closer to the front panel. This may not be the case for you, but I'm certain you will still have way more cable length than you could possible use.

Overall Review:

For some reason I could not use their "belt style" cable ties. But I had a bag of my own that I used instead. Just give me simple "zip ties" not these fancy belt tie things.
