Pros:
It works. Transfer rate on my external is good.
Cons:
I have no idea who makes this, but I think all their websites are in chinese so I couldn't google them.
The install disk is just a file disk with 12 different folders, which look like they are 12 different random pieces of hardware's drivers.
Windows did not detect the card when I installed it, so I had to find the right driver in the folder list. I can't remember which one it was exactly, but it says something about being USB 3.0 in the Readme.txt.
Overall Review:
I guess you get what you pay for.
