Broke after 6 months 03/23/2014
This review is from: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Video Card 01G-P4-2650-KR
Pros:
None
Cons:
Broke after 6 months. My Computer refuse to turn on once I plug this card in. I didn't think of warranty until almost 1 year later. I sent it to EVGA they said it will cost me $139 to repair. (price of a brand new one now is only 100). Not recommend it. .
Overall Review:
My others low profit card cost me $20 and still work fine after 2 years. This one cost >100 and last for 6 months. Piece of junk.
Manufacturer Response:
Dear Truong U,
I am very sorry for any confusion as I can confirm that your product was received with solder dripped onto the back of the PCB of the product which caused the failure with this product. I can also confirm that EVGA is here to help, but in this case the card was unfortunately beyond the available warranty terms and needed to be replaced. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you should have any additional questions by calling us at 1-888-881-3842 option 1 or by email at Newegg@evga.com.
Sincerely,
EVGA Customer Support
