Pros:
It worked great for several months, was much faster than the regular harddrive I replaced with it.
Cons:
Yesterday it froze in the middle of my work and refused to boot afterwards. It's frustrating enough that I lost all my data, but the Samsung support website made the experience even worse. I don't understand how these clowns are still in business, the "request support" link is missing all but 10 SSDs from the list. The regular support link does not work past selecting the product (at least on OSX in any of the available browsers). You'd think these guys test their own website once in a while, apparently not. I tried chat support instead, SSDs aren't even in the list, once I got to a real representative I was informed that my only option is calling support and I can't do it today because the office is closed. I've had a similar experience with my TV in the past, that took months to RMA, I figured I got unlucky and should give Samsung another try. Good job Samsung, you fooled me twice. If you want to avoid losing more customers I suggest you stop treating your support like a joke, I will not be buying any more of your products in the future.
