TL-WA901ND Access Point

Pros:
Easy to use GUI and easy to configure regardless of your technical knowledge.
Cons:
I have had the product nearly 6 months and it is an extremely unstable AP! Requires frequent reboot / power cycles when Access Point locks up and becomes unresponsive. Even with ping watch dog feature enabled, it is extremely unstable.
This is a common problem, and I have spent countless hours reconfiguring and trying different settings to try and stabilize this product. Changing from b/g/n mode to b/g mode is the only way I have found to stabilize the wireless network using these access points. I am down to one reboot per week, but if I wanted a wireless g access point I would have bought one. Sacrificing bandwidth to stabilize the network is not an acceptable solution.
Overall Review:
Already have replacement AP from a different manufacturer on order. It can't be any worse than the TP-Link. I have other TP-Link products and do not have any problems. I will only avoid their access points.

These devices are used all the time in Apartments, Hotels, Dorm Rooms and they do not usually have stability issues like you are seeing.
