Pros:
For the price after rebate, you can't beat this deal. It's a good brand, works as expected. Got it for a vacation and didn't want to worry about taking 3 or 4 SD cards. For the people complaining about the rebate process, that is how they many work now. The turnaround time on the rebate was right at 2 months.
Cons:
No cons I can think of.
