Pros:
This Thing Is A Monster , If you want raw power this is your cpu , it is difficult to get stable when overclocking but when you do it screams , but if you are thinking about purchasing this please do your homework , This CPU Is Intended to be used with liquid cooling only , Do Not Buy or think you are going to use an air cooler with this cpu it is too hot and air will not keep it cool enough under load , with great power comes the desire to see what it can do if you push it with air you will kill it

Not really a con but hard to overclock stable
