Pros:

None, since it failed after 3 uses, and failed after warranty repair

Cons:

eSATA never worked on new unit, USB 3.0 worked three times, then failed, paid for shipping for warranty repair, but the repaired unit does not work with either eSATA or USB 3.0

Overall Review:

I would not buy anything from this company.
