Pros:

The ribbon cable is nice for use in the car and such.

Cons:

Two of four failed physically (as in came apart) within 3 weeks of owning. They also cause the phone to spazz out when plugged into a computer. Cannot be used for sync. You can only use for charging off a wall adapter.
