Pros:
This microphone is by far one of the best I've ever bought (despite the fact that it broke quickly and I will never buy such an expensive headset ever again). The sound quality, like some people have said, is not as crisp as I'd like it, but nonetheless very good. The microphone works very well as I'm told to pull it away from my mouth constantly. The vibration function is a nice feature for gaming but a little too much for music if turned up more than 1/4 of the way. Comfort is great - I can wear these for hours without feeling sore.
Cons:
For $xx, I am so incredibly mad with my purchase. They lasted only four months before the left spekaer/mic went dead because of short wire in the volume/vibration controller. I play alot of FPS and this basically blows my week until I can buy a new one or get an exchange. So, if you have money and you are very protective of your stuff, then this is the mic for you. But, if you're like me and hate the fact you have to buy new headphones every two months, then grab a better headset somewhere else.
