Good when it works

Pros:
Beautiful frame rates and color when it works
Cons:
Having artifcating issues on almost all games (LoL, Elite Dangerous, Farcry 4, Binding of Isaac Rebirth). Sometimes alt tabbing works to resolve the issue, but usually I need to restart to make the artificating to go away. although it usually returns after a little while.
Sometimes my screen will go black and I have to restart the computer. I've also had BSOD and the minidump file indicates the graphics card.
I have the latest ATI drivers, the latest firmware, but still having issues.
