Piece of junk - Horrible custonmer service.

Pros:
Box the product came in was nice and colorful.
Cons:
Stopped working after a couple of months. Unplugged the unit before I left for vacation. Came back, plugged it back in and it stopped working. Call Netgear customer service and they refused to help me unless I paid $179 for some service plan. Told them where to go and threw this piece of junk in the trash.
These guys do not stand by the junk they sell and try to further rip you off by trying to get you to pay for some rip off service plan. Will never waste my cash on Netgear junk again. They've lost one customer for sure.
