Pros:

I've bought several of these over the past couple years. They're all serving very nicely.

Cons:

No issues whatsoever.

Overall Review:

Just a good cheap gigabit switch. Seems to handle mixed gigabit/100Mbit connections without slowing down the fast connections. I've got four or five of these running on several different small-business networks, and one in my house.
