Pros:
I bought the Spy Tec G1W-H Dash Camera about a month ago and I have to say the camera is the best camera I have ever used on a dashboard! It's crystal clear HD is top notch and the many features are totally unexpected. Unexpected in that one would expect to pay much more for such features as this camera has. And that includes the G-sensor and loop recording that you can set yourself!
The only thing that supersedes the camera itself is the customer service. Customoer service is #1 in my book and I've had some real problems with some companies that have literally caused me to walk away from their products. But that's not the case with Spy Tec! I had a small issue with the mounting hardware and Spy Tec blew me away in how they contacted me sent me new hardware with a few extra mounting kits for free! They even sent me the wiring kit if I wanted to hardwire the camera in!
WOW! That's rare today!
With Internet companies taking orders and blowing off customer service because they figure they can make enough money in mass sales and blow off the problems, it's rare you see a company step up like this.
THANK YOU! I would most assuredly recommend this camera to all my family and friends!
