Pros:
Optical out is perfect for older home theater systems that do not support HDMI natively.
Connectors are in good locations for small cases.
Cons:
BIOS flashing is nerve wracking and requires removing an installed video card.
The included wireless Atheros chip is terrible. It can't connect to a standard wireless N access point.
Large coolers with big backplates will not work on this motherboard without modification.
Overall Review:
I would recommend swapping out the built in wireless card for one based on an Intel chipset.
