Pros:
Light weight, full featured. Good for business, non-max video intensive gaming. Processor is fast. Battery life has been very good - 4 hours of continuous use with wireless mouse, much longer with some standby/sleep factored in. Screen is fairly sharp and colors are good, given that it does not have higher resolution. There are a good number of power management options. Wireless has been dependable. Touchpad is not overly sensitive so it doesn't get in the way, at least not for me. Upgraded to Windows 10 which runs faster than Win 7. Unit is very modular and can be disassembled to upgrade/replace components. Laptop manufacturers are trying to march away from including DVDRW in them but this one still has it if that is something you desire.
Cons:
Nothing serious, all is well! Comes with 4g memory, can upgrade to 8g. It would be nice not to have to disassemble the unit to upgrade memory. There are very clear instructions for doing this. Charger connector has an "L" shaped molded plug. Maybe a little easy to hit on things and stress the connector in the laptop but I have not had any trouble with it.

I would definitely recommend this product based on the use I mentioned above. Have owned for about 2 months.
