Pros:

Nicely made product. Very, very fast and the built in fan auto turns off when harddrives are turned off. Updating this review (4/6/16): Found that it even works with my new WD 8tb helium drive so it would almost appear that this dock does not have the limitations of others that I have owned in the past where they are made to work with drives up to the largest drives of the time. My old Thermal takes would work up to 2tb but this StarTech looks to take anything you throw at it! This is one for sure you definitely appear to get what you pay for.
