Falls short of a good experience.

Pros:
Fast shipping. SuperMedia would have taken at least 5days. I'll have to update review of product when I get another cartridge. (see cons)
Cons:
Same problem others have stated. Five of the 6 cartridges were accepted by the printer. The Magenta was not recognized. Really disappointing that NewEgg just acts as the middle man and turns it over to the vender. Stuff happens but I'll be without a printer for at least 10 days.

Overall Review:
SuperMedia would have taken longer, or I thought, but I never had a problem with any of their products. Make sure what you order is stocked and stood by from NewEgg or go directly to the venders site.
Was never contacted by seller for RMA, replacement, or refund. I'll stay with SuperMedia. Very poor customer service or should I say no service. Shame on NewEgg for not stepping in.
OK. Update. LD sent a replacement. It would have been nice if someone had told me within the three weeks I did not hear from them. It's called communication. At least they made good but an e-mail would have been the thing to do.
