Pros:

Variety of mounting holes
Cons:
For whatever reason, the larger screw holes don't match up 1:1 with the same screw holes on a normal 3.5" HDD. It still installed, but I could not get it to fit using the exact same holes in the drive try. The 2.5" drive installed in this without any issues though. Maybe I just didn't play with it enough.
