Pros:
Great cooler for the price and amazing build quality.
Brings temps on a i7 860 @ 2.8GHz down to almost 25c at idle and never goes above 55c at full load.
It's low profile and is great for long depth servers, plenty of room at top.
Cons:
The only real con I have with this cooler is it takes up more horizontal space in a case. Making it not as ideal for short depth server cases, but I won't hold it against Noctua, this cooler isn't really meant for my use case, but it works flawlessly.
Overall Review:
Bought this cooler to replace the aged and frankly not up to par stock cooler from Intel. I replaced the stock intel cooler with this NH-L12 and cut my temps by almost 75%. I installed this in a 3U server case, on a i7 860 and was almost able to overclock it a bit, but I don't want to push it. I would go with this cooler again!
