Overall Review:
This replaced my old SB2161 Surfboard modem. I was having issues and Comcast said it was my end. I figure this modem was like 6 years old and may have bit the dust. I seen this modem and loved the higher speeds for future proof when we get GigaBit speeds. The next day I retry my modem before throwing it away and it starts working fine. This one was already in the mail. When it arrived I installed it and was amazed how much faster it was. I went from 12MBps downloads to 15.5MBps downloads. I was amazed how much better this is. Maybe my other did have issues?
Now I'm ready for Gigabit speed whenever our small city ever gets it.
