Pros:
No issues installing Windows 7
Boots up Windows 7 64 bit in around 15 seconds
Fast enough for a basic home PC with enough space for OS and several programs.
Cons:
No cables, and no software included, it's a bare drive so know what you are doing.
Overall Review:
This is a good SSD for a basic home office, HTPC/ family photo editing PC and should serve well in that function.
It doesn't come close to the performance of the M.2 SSD I have in my main PC but it is much faster than your basic 7200 RPM HDD.
