Pros:
I installed three of these in the Antec Twelve Hundred case housing my FreeNAS system They are still going strong after 2 1/2 years, with no obvious increase in noise level or deterioration in performance.

None
Overall Review:
I see that other colors are available as well, but I assume that the performance would be identical.
