Pros:
Cheap, good cooling performance (I guess, see below).

None yet.
Overall Review:
I can't use it yet because my mobo (Foxconn 748K7AA-ERS) doesn't support mounting holes around CPU socket. That was my bad for buying the HSF for an unsupported mobo. Oh well, you live you learn.
