Pros:
Moves a lot of air. I'm no super-uber case builder, but I knew with the summer months approaching, I would need to have better airflow from front to back with my semi-enclosed desk compartment where the PC is. I hooked up a side fan to blow right on the CPU, the other in the front of the case. They're not loud at all, can't hear over the CPU fan. There's moving parts, so it's impossible for anything that moves to be silent, but they are pretty darned close.
Cons:
The red is fairly bright, but fine with me, it gives a neat glowing effect to my desk compartment. Didn't come with but 4 standard screws, so it's a good thing my case came with extra long screws.
Overall Review:
I ordered three of these guys, using one to replace the stock case fan. They are very nice.
