Rating + 1 No news is bad news...

The LCD TV arrived with a defective screen and we immediately requested an RMA from the seller. Haven't heard from them in over 3 weeks. Requested a Newegg refund and they are still "investigating." I'll never make another second-party purchase from Newegg.

These wireless bluetooth headphones are amazing. They have a slight buzzing sound if i have them connected but not playing anything. Other than that they are great, a couple hours of charge and they play for 8+ hours. Thank you for the quality product, and at the awesome price.

I as afraid to buy this from seller QualityCarAudio because they had some negative reviews, and the item i wanted (Otterbox Armor iphone 5 case) was over 60% cheaper than other sellers, I thought it might be counterfeit or refurb. But it appears new and worked in the bathroom sink test. And it arrived in only 3 days when 7 days was promised. So overall very pleased with this purchase from this seller.

Rating + 1 Wont buy here again. Ripped off.

Too bad I had to give them even one egg in order to review them! (they deserve a negative 2 eggs as far as I'm concerned.) It took this company so long to deliver, Paypal put the money back into my bank account! When my package finally arrived, there were opened packages, etc. -most companies will sell you returned / open packages at a discount, but not QCA. -Also, notice in the advertisement that no model numbers are mentioned for the components of this 'package deal'. It is not a deal at all. Model #'s omitted because they know you'll find a better deal elsewhere. I checked prices, and realized that I could have bought all of these components separately and saved almost $100.00. -Then within a few days after I purchased this package, QCA dropped the price considerably with no offer of any kind of refund or rebate. I'm not going to waste my time trying to return this -shipping and restocking fees would eat it up. This was an unproductive waste of time and $$.

Rating + 1 False Advertisement!!!!!

I chose this item because the add (as well as my confirmation email) said I would receive two PYLE 12" PL1290BL subwoofers, however, this was a bold faced lie and I only received one subwoofer! When I contacted QualityCarAudio, I was informed that they had no intention of honoring their advertisement and wanted me to purchase the second sub at full price. After the second call they did offer me $10 off the second sub or I could pay return shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee. I ended up purchasing the second sub from another marketplace vendor (fingers crossed) for less than these guys wanted with $10 off! I use Newegg quite frequently and will continue to do so but I must say it is a shame this vendor is associated with such a great site!

Rating + 3 Hard to tell

At thi moment, I am waiting for my replacement. First one was defective (no sound or vibration from the sources, though power light lit) so I shipped it back. Unlike Newegg RMA with provided label, I had to pay for shipping, additional 13.90 under its 30 days still. Nevertheless, though it took several emails and a call, they seemed to be friendly. Time will tell. I am confident they will pull through and hope the item works as described. I love Newegg but I am going to be more hesitant of market place. I will put an update, so I will give them a three star. Four if item gets shipped at reasonable time and works. A minus for not prepaid return label. Looking forward for the completion of this transaction.

Comments: List your product as it is, meaning when the customer receives it at their door, it says exactly what you advertised it as. I know it is a universal mount and it will work with my 60" LCD because I see how the mount works, and it is rated for over 100Lbs and my 60" LG is only 87Lbs, but for all the "not so intelligent" people out there (which there are 20 for every 1 with common sense)they will call and email and harass you because they will think you sent them the wrong item and what not. Just list your products as they are in the package, because to me it seems like a silly ploy to push more product out your door by false advertising. Oh and your producing a bad rep for an awesome company (NEWEGG) so STOP IT, and be truthful.

RMA Policy
    Product Returns: We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have.

    All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee. (There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective opened/unopened items). However, we do not accept returns for opened and non-defective headphones or earphones, no exceptions.

    Prior to returning any item, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective.

    Dead-On-Arrival Products: For orders that are Dead-On-Arrival (D.O.A.), Quality Audio will arrange for a same item replacement, once it is sent back by the customer.

    Please make sure you inspect the package and complete shipment for any damages before you accept or sign for the shipment, Quality audio will not be held responsible for any damages incured during shipping. Only if it was requested to have special insurance on the shipment we can ask the carrier to pay for the damage merchandise.

    Return Shipping Costs:
    You are responsible for shipping any return product to the Quality Audio return warehouse. In the event you are exchanging a defective product for a new product, Quality Audio will provide & pay the outbound shipping costs for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 10 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Any items that are returned for Store credit or Refund and were part of any free or reduced shipping promotion will be assessed the actual shipping cost. Please Note: Customers will receive less than a full credit on any merchandise returned to Quality Audio as refused or undeliverable (excluding freight carrier damaged goods) due to the actual shipping costs incurred by Quality Audio. You will not be refunded the to & from actual shipping charges plus up to a 20% restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    All items being returned must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), etc. Items must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. If some of the packaging is missing, or you do not ship it back within 10 days, the package will be sent back and your 30 day guarantee will be forfeited.

    Please include the following information when returning an item:

    1. Your RMA number (printed on outside of box) 2. A copy of your original invoice (inside of box) 3. A note stating if you would like a return for credit or replacement.

    Return Shipping Costs
