The product arrived broken and I have been trying to get an RMA and nothing has happened. What do I do?

If I could rate them zero stars I would. I have been trying to contact ShopTronics for three weeks since Christmas day to resolve an issue with a WowWee Roboquad purchased through ShopTronics. After spending hours back and forth with WowWee, they informed me that I should simply be able to return the item to the seller for a full refund and Wowwee would handle the defective item through them. Shoptronics has been evasive in responding to emails and is unreachable by telephone. I have had to start the process of filing a claim against them through my credit card as they are unresponsive. My 8 year old nephew does not have a christmas gift thanks to this poor excuse for a retailer. Shop at YOUR own risk.
Seller Response:Hello, Again, we are very sorry for your inconvenience that you have experienced through this occurrence. Please understand that you had contacted us on a Saturday. On Mon the 29th, a return authorization was sent to you with the insructions and again on the 30th. We did not hear from you until the 11th where we were advised that you had not received anything. At that time, we attempted direct contact to obtain your email address and on the 14th, we were able to send the instructions directly with by-passing the newegg mail servers that again have blocked our correspondence. We do very much apologize for your inconvenience. You can confirm our contact attempts through contacting Newegg to review correspondence logs. As per previous replies to customers having difficulty reaching us, our# has been posted repeartedly to avoid situations such as this.

Rating + 5 Came through for Christmas!

Despite an initial shipment stalling on its way for some unknown reason, and communication challenges with me not receiving their messages through the site, ShopTronics expressed a replacement shipment to make sure my order got here by Christmas and left me a voicemail to make sure I knew what was happening. That kind of commitment is hard to find in online sellers these days!

Rating + 1 Hope you don't need a return!

So I saw a number of poor reviews and thought... I will try to order an item anyways, because the price is good!
Well the item arrived damaged and they never replied to my emails to return the item. So I emailed them four times in one day. Then they called me, and of course it was all to no fault of their own... the emails were being returned. Boo hoo.
Anyways, they wanted me to really justify my return. I was supposed to take photos (the item arrived damaged) and then you have to fill out this special return form and you are supposed to write all these special numbers on outside of box, and this isnt that difficult but... why? Why do you have to do it at all? I dont have to with other things I return from online.... And it isnt stated in their policy online.
But the cake is the cust. service agent of course has no power to final auth the return, but I will get another email which will do that soon. Within 48 hours. That was a week ago. I gave the item to a friend. Don't do it.
Seller Response:Hello and thank you for your feedback. While we can understand your concers, please note that all online retailers have their own policies and procedures. When it comes to damaged items received, we need photos to ascertain if the item shipped in that state from the factory or if it was a result of shipping damage, in which case we need to file a claim with the courier.

The "special number" that we ask you to write on the box is simply the RMA#, so that it can be tracked and processed promptly so that we can refund you in a timely fashion. Without it, it could prolong your return process. Once we had obtained your direct email address, we have attempted more than once to send you return shipping coverage as well.

We have been trying to work with you to resolve your concerns. We can be contacted directly at 1.888.321.1110 to address any additional concerns you may have and we are definitely happy to continue providing assistance.

The product isn't working, I sent them and Email through newegg to get an RMA label and its been 2+ weeks now. I called new egg and they said they are not responsible for "market" sellers. The funny thing is the if a company on the market doing new egg bad reputation, I think its best to removed them from the market.

Anyway its wasted $30...

Rating + 1 Order canceled with no explaination

Ordered two items from this marketplace seller for Christmas on 12-09-14. Found out today that the money was refunded. it appears that the order was canceled with no notice and now about a week to go get something else. Too late to order something else. I would not have been that upset if they had contacted me and let me know that there was a problem. At least I got my money back.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
