Rating + 5 Good quality - good price

The stools I ordered came packaged and wrapped well. I ordered 6 and received all 6 in good working order - no missing pieces after I put them all together. The little lip for back support actually works as well. The padding could be a little more, but sitting on them for a couple hours (I don't have so much natural 'rear padding') I was still comfortable. Since the struts for adjusting are gas, there is a little give when you sit down. So don't plop on them or you'll feel like you're falling (you won't) for a split second.

Rating + 1 Bad Customer Service

If I could give NO EGGS I would. I bought 2 bars stools, 1 was fine, the other came with 2 front right legs. I have emailed them over and over to no avail, all I get is a response of, "which leg needs to be replaced". Then I get no response after telling them which leg, over and over and over. I like the bar stools and do not wish to return them, All I want is the replacement leg for the chair I paid $80 for. But since that is too difficult for them, I have to return BOTH stools, for shipping out of my pocket, as well as (according to their fine print) a 15% restocking fee. So basically ill be paying over $20-$30 to borrow 2 stools, assemble one, take it apart, and send them back. All because they do not want to send me 1 leg. I have the extra leg, just swap it for the one I need and make it right, saves us both trouble. I guess that is too much to ask.

Take your money elsewhere, save yourself the trouble.

Very impressed. Sometimes Newegg Market Place Merchants are not on the ball. Vandue shipped my product quickly and with no fuss. The product arrived safely just over 1 day after I placed my order. Excellent.

Rating + 1 Bad experience with damaged product

Received damaged product and request seller for replacement. Sent picture of damage twice and seller claimed not able to receive pictures via Newegg. Asked me to send pic to a phone number and have not heard back from seller since. This is totally unacceptable when product is damage and seller does not want to replace, and keeps making more obstacles to rectify damaged goods

Rating + 1 Inadequate Customer Service

The glass teapot arrived shattered. The carrier had marked it as damaged (I suppose from the tinkling sound) when it was first shipped. Outer box was intact. Very sloppy packing.
NewEgg unable to help, since it is from an independent vendor. After eventually tracking down a customer service phone number for the vendor, I was greeted by a helpful voice. No need to return the item. My credit card will be credited. I was delighted.
It has now been two weeks, and no sign of a refund. Truly disappointing for a mere $25 purchase.
I am now wary of "independent vendors" who hide behind NewEgg's good name.

The glass was unusable due to a warped base, the center of the bottom of the glass had a high point which would not let the glass sit on a flat surface without tipping over. Very poor quality.

Please spare yourselves the Trouble and the problems with dealing with this Company, The Glass Tea Pot wasn't placed in any kind of secure packaging and will arrive Broken and trying to get then to replace the Tea Pot will prove to be a pain in the ***. and that is if you get it. I haven't yet and I sent them 3 times the pictures they request.

    We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Vandue. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. Note: If the item is sold under a free ship promotion, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the purchase price. All returned items must be received within 30 days of the original ship date for refunds.

    The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, accessories and a copy of the original invoice to ensure full credit. Items that have been opened, used or that will require repackaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee or more depending on its ability to be re-sold. We reserve the right to determine restocking fees for any opened/used item.

    Items that arrive damaged must be notified to us within 5 days of receipt. If a product arrives damaged we will file claims with the shipping carrier and arrange for the return of the product and exchange for a new product.

    Certain items such as RC toys and health & beauty products cannot be returned for refunds once opened. RC toys must be returned in original unopened condition to receive a refund. If opened we can only exchange or offer store credit. Health and beauty products such as massage tables, massage chairs, massage accessories, hair removal products and skin creams cannot be returned for health related reasons. For massage tables specifically, we offer several year warranties on our tables and can exchange tables for manufacturer defect related issues. Once shipped from our warehouse we can only exchange or offer store credit for massage related products.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
