Rating + 1 Remains to be seen UPDATE: I have seen. It took Antonline 3 weeks to send me an RMA #. Don't do business with Antonline!

I received my new Lenovo computer right on time. Packaged fine. Three days into loading my software, strange things started happening. Jumping curser, can not right click on icons I put onto desktop, pop-ups stating things like "UUID type is not supported", " windows couldn't connect to the ... service", "the ... service did not respond in a timely manner", and here's a good one:" microphone not set up for Cortanana". The computer came with Windows 10! If I am filling out a form such as this "Comments" form and I have to backspace to delete when I continue typing the computer automatically underlines everything from that spot on that I am typing with a red squiggly line. I will be typing say, in Word, and all the sudden, the window I'm in will miminize and/or disappear or my cursor will jump a few paragraphs up at random. Newegg said the computer came from a third party (Antonoline) and sent an email to them on my behalf. I have received an email from third party -- so I'll update how this is handled later. How am I to retrieve the time spent on loading my software onto this new computer that I now must reset to factory settings to return and time to return it and wait for another????? I'm definitely not happy especially since I have been through two months of trying to fix my old computer problems until I finally said, screw it, and bought another!? UPDATE: Two phone calls to Antonline revealed they did not want to talk to me but instructed me to go online and fill out the return authorization and wait for an RMA. It took 3 weeks for the RMA # to be sent to be. I have been using my computer I bought from Best Buy for over a month without issues. I believe this computer may not have been manufactured with Windows 10 but rather Antonline sold me a refurbished computer and put Windows 10 in it. Best Buy told me from the issues I described, the motherboard was bad. Antonline didn't want to talk to me. Who would want to deal with a company like that?

    All returns must include the following:

    Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
    Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

    Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) written on the shipping label.

    Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

    The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote control, batteries, software disks, etc.)

    Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

    The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

    Basic Return Policy

    Unless otherwise stated below, you have 30 days from the date of your order placement (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and return to our returns warehouse. Only one RMAis issued per return. When it expires
    (30 days from purchase), you may no longer return your product. Returns received after 30 days from purchase will be refused.

    If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have for other potential return opportunities. Note that we have no control over the manufacturer or other entities related to your product, and cannot guarantee their return policies.     Except as provided for verified defective products (See Special Returns Policy for Defective Products below), you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
