Rating + 1 Would not order from antonline again.

I twice attempted to return an unopened, unused, undamaged computer using antonline's "No Hassle Returns" website. I submitted the requests during the return time window, but antonline has still not provided an RMA number or a shipping label.

Their returns website seems to have functioned correctly, but antonline's representative claims there is no record of the request in their order system.

Now, time has run out, and I have escalated this issue to newegg for resolution. Hopefully the problem can be resolved.

Antonline is a fast shipper with good products and cordial service reps. But I am very disappointed at their failure to handle a simple return request according to their published procedures.

FOLLOW UP: Just to complete the story. I managed to contact a "supervisor," explaining that I really needed to talk to someone about issuing an RMA. He declined my request for a ticket or a case number ("we don't use those") and referred me back to "Bob," the "customer service representative," whose real name could just as well have been "Bot."

newegg did follow-up, as I requested, and the message from antonline was that the "return period" had now expired. Period. I resold the computer at a loss.

At lot of people seem to have had successful experiences buying from antonline. To me they came across as understaffed, disorganized -- and not exactly rude, but with a pretty clear message that "we don't have time to bother with you" delivered in a friendly way. Just be aware that you're taking a risk when you buy from them. Personally, I will not deal with them again, no matter how good the bargain.

Product was exactly what I needed. The only gripe I have is the shipping took one week longer than what was promised on the site and what the expected delivery date said. Regardless, their staff was quick (Within 24hours) to answer my questions about the delay in shipping with I emailed them. The NewEgg customer service rep was amazing even though the product was bought through a 3rd party and not shipped from NewEgg.

I got a great deal on a ASUS 28in 4k monitor that is usually 500-600 USD for 432 USD. product was shipped in it's retail box (that is ok it is very well packaged from the manufacture) came in pristine condition and is brand new. No dead or stuck pixels and arrived on the estimated date. Overall id say this seller is very good and wont hesitate buying from them again if i have too.

    All returns must include the following:

    Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
    Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

    Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) written on the shipping label.

    Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

    Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

    Basic Return Policy

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
