Pros: Android Good looking phone Light weight Slim form factor works great as wi-fi hotspot when tethering to 3G

Overall Review: I'm really happy with this phone. My phone came with Android 2.3.3 but an upgrade to 2.3.4 was available for download. I get comments from people all the time about how slick this phone looks compared to the Iphone.

Pros: Price

Cons: When buying this, one would think newegg is selling a phone unlocked by the manufacturer judging by the product description. Well, this is not the case. The phone I received was only unlocked because it had been rooted. There was a business card for a company called "Brainstorm" inside the box so I am guessing newegg was just re-selling the rooted phone from this company. Newegg advertised this phone as coming with Android 2.3.5, but what I received was Android 2.3.6. Again, probably due to the phone having been pre-rooted by Brainstorm.

Overall Review: I will probably re-root this phone on my own. Who knows what sort of trojans came pre-installed on it with it being rooted already. I'm starting to lose respect for the once great newegg. This is my second purchase in a row that I have been very disappointed with.

Pros: Looks nice

Cons: Bought this as a gift for a friend. Immediately after giving it to them I got reports that the right touchpad button didn't work. Suspect faulty hardware was received. I will never buy a MSI product again.
