Pros: Even though noise canceling isn't one of the features, but I found that it the headset did minimize other noises. I found the headset comfortable to wear, and very good sound quality.

Cons: After 3 months the sound started to cut in and out. When I went to remove the headset from my laptop yesterday, the jack popped out of the headset and remained stuck in the audio port. I needed pliers to remove it.

Overall Review: Up until a couple of weeks ago I would have given this product a much higher rating; I really liked this product, until it broke. The sound quality was higher than I expected it to be, and I found the headset very comfortable. I bought this item in May and for 3 months it worked great, but it started to have sound problems in September. Yesterday it literately fell apart, the jack pulled itself out of the cord and was stuck in the audio port. Now I have a very nice set of earmuffs and a shiny jack. I am going to miss the use of this headset, and at this point I wouldn't be able to recommend others to buy the item because of the mechanical failure I just experienced.
