Overall Review: Ive been looking at this laptop for a few weeks now and to me $1000 is a ton of money. However Ive learned in Laptop land $1k is chump change. This laptop I feel is the best bang for the buck. My plan is to swap out the 1TB HDD for a 250GB SSD drive. Pick up an external DVD/CD rom drive - install Win7pro x64. If I need more storage I can always pick up a WD Passport external drive thats USB3.0 capable for high speed transfers.

If you look at the XMP Profile in the SPD tab of CPU-z, it will have the necessary DDR3-1600 9-9-9-24 1.50V settings for this memory. The "max bandwidth" shows the highest value the memory can AUTO default to with no setting changes in BIOS. This value does not matter either way since you should be using manual settings or XMP. Input the basic memory settings and everything should be ready to go. If you still have issues, test one at a time to see if one may be bad causing problems. Whether the modules are bad or not, feel free to send them in for RMA exchange if you would like the values to match. Overall Review: Are you saying PC3-10700 is the same as PC3-12800? I tried to run it at 800MHz and it bluescreens. I run it at 667MHz and it runs like a dream. I did RMA it. Thanks for your input.

Overall Review: -Thank you Newegg for getting it to me in a day and a half with free shipping checked off. -The only difference (that my 5min of reading online) between this RX model and the KR model is the warranty. -This card is worth the money - The materials used and attention to detail EVGA may have won over another brand loyal customer.

Pros: Inexpensive modem thats mine - no more rental fees to TWC! TWC activated it 12/29/14 - Tier 1 had to call Tier 3 support.

Cons: DOCSIS 2.0 (potential IP issue in the future?) TWC Tier 1 cannot seem to get it working.

Overall Review: So I called TWC got right through without a long wait. Got a guy out of New York, Tier 1 agent he said. He added the MAC address only after I mentioned to him that Newegg reviews said it was compatible with TWC. He added the MAC and could see the modem and could reset it. However I couldnt get online. After power cycling 3 times and 30min later he kepts saying it wasnt compatable and wanted to switch me back onto the rental. He then offered to call Tier 3 support to see if they could do anything and I said yes please that would be great. Within 2 minutes the modem flashed a few times and I was online! He came back on and said the Tier 3 guy had to do something different to get it to work but didnt tell the Tier 1 agent what he did. So, save yourselves a lot of time and after you power cycle and still struggle with a connection ask politely if they can contact Tier 3. :)

Overall Review: Asus P8Z77-V LK i5-3570K Im currently letting the Asus OC software clock my system @4.2Ghz & 1988Mhz RAM. No issues and if its anything like the last sticks I had these will last more then 3yrs.

Overall Review: BF4 on Ultra 1080p 9-20fps during firefights and 30-50 just running around the map. This could be a beta issue that the game isnt fine tuned yet. I installed GPU-Z and it was showing that I was using 1.5GB VRAM and of course the GPU was at 100% the entire time. Running on High settings i got another 10fps or 20-30fps during firefights.
