Pros: It is a total upgrade from the PII. Very noticeable difference in BF3. I run Crossfire and the PII did not keep up with the video cards. i was getting a bib bottle neck. I would try to run BF3 on High and I would not be able to get a good FR. After upgrade with stock settings ultra is here at 40 FPS. After mild OC and settings on high In pushing 70-80FPS. Very satisfied with bench marking so far and the load time of all apps has decreased. Bulldozer was awful and they really have made up for it now. Save 40 bucks and get this one and OC it to 4.0 easily.

Cons: Shouldn't have had to wait so long.

Overall Review: Really worth the money in the Price point. Intel cannot say that.

Pros: Great little player, Bought one for the bedroom, no I have purchased a 2nd for living room. WIFI connection is easy, Content plays 1080. Sound is great. The Remote on the phones is superb, even has volume control on the Phone remote. Plays FLAC files from USB drive.

Cons: No cons at this time.
