Great KVM
Pros: Amazing KVM switch. I had a cheap $25 2 in 1 out switch but it was buggy and slow to switch between video ports. Also no audio support. Basically a piece of junk. The SOHO is great. It is very quick to switch between inputs. Worked right out of the box. The buttons light up to indicate which video/audio input are currently selected. You can select audio from a different input than the video. For example, its able to output the video from my desktop but the audio from my laptop at the same time. The buttons beep when you press them, but if you hit the hot key twice and then B, it disables the sound.
Cons: A little pricey, but then again, it came with more features than I expected (like being able to select audio and video tracks from different inputs simultaneously). Great find.
Overall Review: Switches between a work laptop, two desktops, and a WHS Vail server.
WD, why do you hurt so good?
Pros: Nice fast drive for the cost/GB.
Cons: Drive made loud clicking noises after first hour of use. It would click with a frequency of about 3 clicks every 10 seconds or so. RMAed Drive. Haven't had great luck with WD HDDs in the past, but WD has been really good about replacing 2-3 year old drives that have failed. I've had better luck with the Seagate drives.
Overall Review: Using as the OS drive in a WHS Vail server.
Great case for the money
Pros: Very spacious case. Feels well built. The metal is thick and not cheap feeling. Some of the edges on the inside are a sharp. I really like all the fan spaces for cooling. There is also a fan location behind the CPU metal plate of the motherboard for a slim 80mm fan. Loads of space in up-front bays. I'm currently using it for a WHS Vail build so I wanted something with plenty of room to expand HDDs.
Cons: It is a little heavy, due to the well made construction. Not really a con for me, but it is a little heavier than it looks.
