Most Favorable Review

Fast (subjectively)

Patriot Memory 64GB Supersonic Boost XT USB 3.0 Flash Drive, Speed Up to 150MB/s Durable Rubber Housing (PEF64GSBUSB)
Patriot Memory 64GB Supersonic Boost XT USB 3.0 Flash Drive, Speed Up to 150MB/s Durable Rubber Housing (PEF64GSBUSB)

Pros: Great looking, rubberized body. Subjectively feels fast but I have not run benchmarks. If you need largish FDD - solid choice (I bought mine on BF sale).

Cons: Nothing at the moment.

Overall Review: The only thing I'd be concerned with with any FDD is reliability, so should something happen in the future - I'll come back here with an update. But at the moment - I am pretty happy.

Holding arm is too short for Sienna 2011

Rosewill RCGP-11001 - Universal Dashboard & Window Mount for Cell Phones, iPhones, GPS, MP3 Players - Black
Rosewill RCGP-11001 - Universal Dashboard & Window Mount for Cell Phones, iPhones, GPS, MP3 Players - Black

Pros: It's a cell phone mount, works as advertised. I rather do not see how flimsy, etc it is - it is quite for me. The only con I found - holding arm does not flex far enough for me (see cons below).

Cons: Holding arm is too short and does not provide enough flex for ideal viewing angle in my Toyota Sienna 2011 - either standing or windshield-mounted. I ended up using it at an awkward angle (IPS to the rescue!) but other than that - it's quite fine a holder.

Good enough

ASUS USB 2.0 Black External Slim CD / DVD Re-writer MacOS Compatible Model SDRW-08D2S-U
ASUS USB 2.0 Black External Slim CD / DVD Re-writer MacOS Compatible Model SDRW-08D2S-U

Pros: It's external DVDRW, it works, it is rather slow (USB2). Looks nice, works out of the box. Nothing to complain about.

Cons: No complaints so far.

Overall Review: Next time I'd probably get USB3 device - USB2 is... slow. Other than that - it's a fine drive.

Meh

LG G Pad 8.3 Tablet - Quad-Core 2GB RAM 16GB Flash 8.3" Full HD Display Android 4.2, White (LGV500.AUSAWH)
LG G Pad 8.3 Tablet - Quad-Core 2GB RAM 16GB Flash 8.3" Full HD Display Android 4.2, White (LGV500.AUSAWH)

Pros: It's an OK tab - nothing particularly wrong with it. Screen is great, fairly quick, decent battery life.

Cons: LG software. Very janky (jerky) to use - LG left nothing of "project butter" on this device, CPU is a bit underpowered for a tab - they needed 800 in there. Touch latency is very high. But the biggest gripe: cannot load Google (Google Play edition) ROM. LG, if you can't write decent software yourself - please let us at least use the GPe version.

Overall Review: Do not bother - get a Nexus 7 (2013, v2) instead - much better device all around. Screen is calibrated (and only a tad smaller), CPU is faster, touch latency is smaller (much more responsive to the touch), build quality is *much* better, and you use saved dollars on apps, etc. Another *very* interesting tab out there is Tegra Note. It sounds awesome on paper, but I do not own it to recommend.
