Pros: I have ALWAYS used Antec up to this unit. I am impressed. I wanted the 2ea 6pin+2 connectors for video cards as I could at any time use SLI since I build and rebuild units. I was strapped for cash when ordering for bargin unit. Used with G3258 Pentium and MSI PC MATE motherboard I got for 110usd here on sale, recommend deal, for 2 core gaming, tho you can't use with some AAA titles like FC4 without cheats cause 2core.
Quieter than any other unit I have installed, donno if all are that good, but am impressed, even under load is quiet. Big fan and good engineering show. May buy more eVGA power supplies.
Cons: Everything seems OK for now, but i havn't installed it yet so cords could be short or something like that.

Pros: I don't own this, but have experience with motherboards and ASrock. This one has the bells and whistles of the Z97 series without the higher price tag. HAS 8-pin CPU POWER connector for high power cpus like i7s or E3 servers. Has more SATA6GB/s inputs for SSDs or HDs than the cheaper models. Your Windows OS is tied to your motherboard if you get OEM series, so get a good motherboard like this even if on budget.
Cons: Compared to Z97, won't overclock K series or G3258, but has a lot of PCIeX1 and PCI slots besides the PCIeX16 v3 slots.

Pros: Thought I would give PNY a try, forgot whether or not it was thru Newegg or reseller besides them. However, it was not refurbed, I had to open it up and found two things bad.
I have had very good luck with refurbed from Newegg, like six cards in the last ten years, all worked like new. not this one.
Cons: first, there was a ball of lint in the blower area blocking the cooling flow to the heatsink. that was easy to fix.
second, there were too long of screws holding the frame to the circuit board in the area of the gpu, making it impossible for the heatsink to fit to the gpu. It resulted in someon putting five times as much thermal conductive material into the gap, resulting in ineffective cooling, I shortened the screws with a terminal squeezer, that has the screw cutters, they don't have to be same size, just almost same.
Other Thoughts: It now seems to work ok. I am disappointed in the seller not checking the performance of the unit cooling area.READ FULL REVIEW
