SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R9 380 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Dual-X OC Version w/ backplate (UEFI) Video Card 100384NT4GOC-2L

Pros: Specs looked good

Cons: DOA dead on arrival would not boot on my system 6/3/16 Turn out it was a wrong bios switch setting.

Overall Review: Not recommended for HP Pavillion HPE h8-1240t 6/3/16 Found support discussion on the net regarding a tiny dip switch on the card (NOT mentioned in the documentation from Sapphire). Turn out to be the bios switch., once I changed it to "legacy" mode., the card booted up right away. . Now works great. Would have given it 5 stars but marked it down 1 for Sapphire's poor support. A side note: Also learned on the net, many have better stability using AMD "Catalyst" 15.11.1 drivers instead of the latest "Crimson" driver package.

Pros: Great Monitor, not to big not to small...just right for a desktop. 1920x1080 colors are sharp, no dead pixels. Using with a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD7850 OC 2GB video card on a HP Pavilion HPE h8xt Desktop Intel® Core™ i7-2600 3.4GHz. Great gaming Crysis 2 ultra detail at 60+ fps no lag, Skyrim ultra 60+ fps no lag.

Cons: One point off: stand could be better
